Pope’s Monthly Intention: 

Respect for the Planet’s Resources
We pray that the planet’s resources will not be plundered, but shared in a just and respectful manner.


On-going Intentions:

  • The Pope also asks us to spend five minutes in prayer for those in power.

  • Prayer for America one Minute Every Night

  • If you would like to participate, every evening at 9:00PM EST (6:00 Pacific), stop whatever you are doing and spend one minute praying for the safety of the United States, our troops, our citizens, and for peace in the world.

  • Special prayers are requested for God’s abundant blessings on the Archdiocese for Military Services, for our troops, for all the families left behind, for our President, for all heads of state and government officials in those countries involved in war.

  • Please pray for our Holy Father, Pope Francis, for his health and protection.

  • Please pray for the Church and for peace in the world.

  • Please pray for priests undergoing religious attack, and for vocations to the priesthood, religious life, and the Confraternity of Penitents.

  • Please pray for the hundreds of thousands of refugees trying desperately to find a place to live in peace.

  • Please pray to end terrorism, genocide, war, abuse, neglect, hatred, human trafficking.

  • Please pray for all to have their hearts open to Jesus and for a return to Christian values and morals

  • For the conversion to belief in unalienable right to life of all human beings for those in any way involved in abortion, we pray to the Lord.

  • For National Day of Prayer weekly intentions for US Government and officials.

  • For all those referred to the Confraternity of Penitents through the Vocation Placement Referral program, that God may lead them into the path on which He wishes them to walk.

  • For the prayer requests of the Holy Innocents Prayer Line.

  • For all those on the Precious Blood, St. Elizabeth Ann Seton. and Margo Snyder's Prayer Lists.

  • Please pray for Charles Opara who needs a better job. His family is in need. Thank you for your prayers.

  • For the raising of $235,000 to renovate two vocation discernment and volunteer houses (one for men and one for women) and to build a chapel that meets city code in Mary’s Glen. Please pray that God will bring these funds in, if He so wills. God bless you for your prayers.

  • For John Caywood, for him to know that God loves him and for him to love himself and to let himself be vulnerable.

  • For Nedime and family and Mufide Mary R, her ancestors, and her intentions

  • For protection for Isabel Leal and Losang. For health and protection. For them to trust in God’s providence. For conversion for those who want to harm them.

  • For Bob Floyd and the crew making a documentary film on Fr. Chad Rippenger, exorcist, for their protection and God’s grace.

  • Please keep my cousin, Barb P. in your prayers as she is not seeking chemo treatments.

  • Please pray for Vanessa and her family as they escape the  wildfires in Oregon.

  • For the soul of Curtis who passed away 8/30/2020 and his mother , wife, daughters and brother.


  • Fr. Ed Gretchko on his birthday  on 9/11

  • Safe traveling of family.

  • Please pray for Anna. She is in a memory care facility and no longer able to swallow and they have discontinued giving her food. Please also pray for her daughters Jessica and Mariam who are at her side.

  • Prayers for Matthew Hotra, deceased.

  • For Pat and her family to move their house trailer out of the city area in which they now reside to a safer place.

  • For Erik, ill and hopsitalzied.

  • For St. Joseph Mission as it open to homeless, single women.

  • For Bill O’Connor, CT scan Sept. 22—please pray that mass found be benign.

  • I am currently in the middle of a brutal custody battle. I am asking for prayers in obtaining full custody of my daughter & for her father to stop making false allegations through the court system.

  • Jennifer Ouellette

  • For the repose of the soul of 21 year old Wayne C. who died from drug overdose or suicide and for his family.

  • For the family of Paul who died from bad drugs and for the repose of Paul’s soul.

  • For a woman desiring to become a doctor. Needs to pass exam in India.

  • For the repose of the soul of Thomas Newport.

  • Please pray for a brand new baby that is having breathing issues.

  • For Timothy Cooper and his pro-bono lawyer Steve, that Timothy be granted a compassionate release.

  • Teen asks for an open heart, to go to heaven, help with geometry and physics, discernment of religious vocation.

  • Repose of the soul of Fr. Philip Marian Tighe

  • For Jake and Jamie Hyland, critically burned in a CA wildfire, and for the repose of their one year old son Uriel who did not survive. Jamie is pregnant so please pray for baby as well.

  • From Jackie: TIA, MINOR STROKE, have carotid stenosis, 80% blockage on both sides, having tests for PAD.

  • Pray that Jesus will take care of my health problems, will guide doctors, NO CANCER.

  • From Dennis Martin  Please pray for me that I may find God's will in my current relationship

  • Baby Jack, newborn with lazy eyes being monitored for autism. Please pray for his parents and the doctors.  

  • Marie, 83 years old in the hospital with covid 19.

  • Baby Angelo, newborn, blood complications, pray also for his parents and the doctors.

  • Please pray for Darlene, she is recovering from a surgery.

  •  For Bernadine, possible esophageal cancer.

  • For Hilario—wife alcoholic, got custody of kids. He is trying to regain custody.

  • Rachel's Vineyard retreat teams and retreat participants. 

  • Please pray for my former Community of Trappists. Formerly of Holland Manitoba, now of Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes Manitoba. Seems the community is reduced to two monks.

  • For Mr. LaHaise, dementia, ill. Family can’t afford a nursing home.

  •  BILL FERGUSON,  leukemia and heart blockages and very low blood pressure. He is seriously ill. – Debbie

  • Frank Fearon-full healing from cancer, now in remission

  • For David R., healing of anger issues and for him to forgive.

  • For Brother Nicholas and the Mexican mission of his Order
